Residents of County Islands that are located within the municipal boundaries of Chandler are now being provided Fire and Emergency Medical coverage by the City of Chandler Fire Department. The Chandler County Island Fire District and the City of Chandler have signed an agreement that makes this coverage possible. The “per call” fee billing that has taken place over the last year has ceased as of April 01, 2009.
